New Program! First Coast Rowing is excited to offer this new monthly fitness class program starting Wednesday, September 5, 2018.
Mon/Wed/Fri mornings -- 6:30-7:30am and 8:30-9:30am
Mondays: Low intensity cardio and muscle toning; bodyweight cardio and strength exercises. All low impact.
Wednesdays: Medium intensity training on the rowing machine and body circuit (calisthenics) exercises.
Fridays: Higher intensity interval training (Boot Camp style)
$60 per month for non-members; $50 per month for members and parents of youth members
