Step FOUR (4): Paperwork time! Please read all the forms and waivers carefully.  At the end of the registration process, you will be asked to verify by checking a box that you have read and understand everything.  Please bring or email coach a completed physical form by your physician by early September. Last two steps include going online and completing the US Rowing and NOARA FSRA waivers.  The FCRC 2018-2019 Handbook has all these forms in hard copy in case you need them.

US Rowing Waiver

Go to the US Rowing website and join to sign the waiver.

NOARA FSRA Waiver

Go to the website, select
"First Coast Rowing Club" and complete the form.

Physical

Bring a completed physical by your family physician or clinic to your first day.  Here is link to standard FL HS Physical Form.
